I’m sorry I missed Day 3 of Love Song Lyrics but I will post a seriously underutilized love song that you’ll fall in love with.
For any romantic comedy and Christmas lovers out there you should know the movie Love Actually pretty well. There is a moment in the movie where Laura Linney finally gets her chance with the office studmuffin. During that scene Eva Cassidy’s version of ‘Songbird’ is playing. In my life, I have heard few songs that exude such romance. Fleetwood Mac sang the original version and they even covered the song on GLEE. However, my favorite version still remains to be Eva Cassidy’s version. Click on my favorite lyrics below to hear the song in it’s entirety.
“To you, I’ll give the world
To you, I’ll never be cold
‘Cause I feel that when I’m with you,
It’s alright, I know it’s right.
And the songbirds are singing,
Like they know the score,
And I love you, I love you, I love you,
Like never before.”
